What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a rocket ship to deep healing. By using therapy while in the hypnotic state, you are able to understand the reasons for your behaviors, feelings, and unhealthy patterns in your life. Using hypnotherapy, you resolve inner conflicts and trauma. You can then change and heal feelings and beliefs, and determine new, healthier beliefs and patterns of behavior.
Hypnotherapy isn’t just for changing behaviors, it is for healing the feelings that are causing self-defeating behaviors, leading to a much more peaceful, loving, whole version of yourself.
Hypnotherapy is a way of opening the door to the subconscious mind that is not usually accessible through traditional talk therapy.

What does a hypnotherapy session look like?

In a hypnotherapy session, my voice will ease you into a trance-like state, during which you will be in an extreme state of focus on your subconscious. Through this hypnotic trance, you will be able to access past experiences and hidden belief systems at the root of self-defeating behaviors. I will then help you heal those beliefs, allowing you to reprogram your thought patterns, beliefs, and behaviors. Hypnosis is simply a deep meditation. You will always be aware of what is going on and of what I am saying to you. If you are uncomfortable at any time, you are free to stop the session and come out of trance at any time. Most people, however, find that they feel safe, relaxed, and able to access emotions and memories that they otherwise might avoid.
